It appears Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran have broken up again... and the singer made it clear on Friday night (Dec. 5).

During
Power 106's annual Cali Christmas concert in Los Angeles, the singer
formally announced that he was single and ready mingle, while putting
Karrueche on blast.
